We will make required contact with your bank prior to commencement of any work, as maybe required, and ensure that the client files selection process is carried out in advance, in order to allow you time to collate them.

We will work with you to ensure that the dates we visit are convenient to you and your business, and any problems or issues will be discussed with you, so as to provide timely feedback prior to your firm's SAR annual review visit.

And finally we shall provide you with a written summary of our findings.
